It’s one of those crazy weeks. With school picking up this week and new classrooms to arrange, building in time for menu planning and cooking has been difficult. I’ve been eating out at lunch with new coworkers, hitting the gym, then getting so excited to think about next week that I leave little time for cooking. I dipped into the recipe reservoir tonight to make Asian Peanut Noodles with Chicken (see recipe here Why Take Out, When Take In is Doable?)
This is definitely a keeper recipe, and a great leftover too (double win since I have to start bringing lunch to school again tomorrow)!
